Midwest Industrial Funds Announces Major Hire and Development Business Expansion

Oak Brook, IL – October 2018 – Midwest Industrial Funds announced John M. Dunneback, Jr. has joined the company as the Director of Construction.  In this new role, Dunneback’s primary responsibility will be overseeing and managing all new building and site construction activities.  He will also assist with due diligence and preconstruction activities for new land acquisitions and will work closely with Pat Schaner, Midwest Industrial’s Director of Development.

Dunneback has over 20 years of experience in the construction, development and commercial real estate industry focusing mainly on the development and construction of speculative industrial buildings, build-to-suits, as well as complex tenant improvement and renovation projects for clients such as Ashley Furniture, Navistar International, Valspar Paint, Reynolds Metals Company and Target.  Throughout his career, John has managed over $700 million worth of construction projects.  He previously worked for McShane Construction, Opus North Corporation, Ryan Companies and most recently served as Vice President at Morgan/Harbour Construction.  Mr. Dunneback is a graduate of Marquette University and majored in Civil Engineering with a minor in Business Administration.
