Midwest Industrial Funds Recently Purchased a 9.3 Acre Site at 8500 W. 68th Street in Bedford Park

Midwest Industrial Funds recently purchased a 9.3 acre site at 8500 W. 68th Street in Bedford Park, IL.  The site is zoned F-1 (Motor Freight) which allows for the construction and operation of a truck repair and trailer parking facility.  The site has great access to both I-55 and I-294 from multiple interchanges.  Brian Vanosky and Tim McCahill of Lee & Associates are marketing the site for lease, sale or build-to-suit.

Michael J. Androwich, a Principal with Midwest Industrial Funds stated, “We viewed this as a great opportunity to purchase a rare site this size in the highly desirable I-55/I-294 freight corridor with zoning in place for a future truck repair and trailer parking facility.” Midwest Industrial is exploring plans to develop the site on a spec or build-to-suit basis.
