Midwest acquired a functional, single-tenant, headquarters-style, vacant property that had an extra land component for future development at an attractive basis from a corporate seller.
- Secured a long-term lease with an anchor tenant for 75% of the building just before closing on the property.
- Managed all facets of the multi-million dollar renovation and repositioning to convert the building to multi-tenant occupancy including demolition, new roof, parking lot, expanded parking area, and extensive interior renovations.
- Started the subdivision, engineering, and permitting process to separate the western +/-7 acres of land as a standalone parcel for future development.
