Midwest Industrial Funds Announces Batavia Business Park Spec Building

OAK BROOK, IL – November 2021 – Midwest Industrial Funds recently broke ground on a new 125,000 SF industrial building located at 1459 Louis Bork Drive within the Batavia Business Park in Batavia, IL.  The building is being constructed on a speculative basis and is suitable for a variety of uses including distribution, assembly and manufacturing.  The high image pre-cast concrete and glass facility features 32’ clear ceilings, a rear loading configuration with up to 33 truck docks and 145 car parking along with office and power to suit.  The building is divisible down to approximately 50,000 SF and will be completed in the spring of 2022.  Midwest Industrial Funds currently has over 900,000 SF of speculative buildings under construction metro Chicagoland.  MIF Construction LLC is the design-build general contractor for the project.  Michael Androwich Jr. of Lee & Associates sourced the land acquisition and is handling the marketing and leasing for the building.
