Midwest Industrial Funds Co-Founder Justin Fierz featured on JLL Chicago’s Industrial Podcast

Despite the difficult circumstances of the COVID-19 lockdowns in 2020, Midwest Industrial Funds was able to secure approvals and close on a prime, 25-acre, multi-building, redevelopment site in Palatine, Illinois. The team designed and built on spec a two-building business park appealing to a wide range of users and tenants, including one of Chicago’s largest manufacturers S&C Electric, who signed a full building 275,388 SF lease to anchor the leasing on the project. This project promises to be a major success story for Midwest Industrial and the Village of Palatine.
